<p>Alex Hardaway’s love for the sport of rock racing started while wheeling with and helping famed Ultra 4 racers such as Tony Pellegrino and Tom Wayes. Being a part of Tom's crew at KOH two years in a row and wheeling recreationally with Tony gave this energetic and motivated competitor the drive to build his championship winning racer in his garage in less than a year. <br /> <br /><span class="text_exposed_show">Alex runs a completely redesigned 4481 car built by DC Customs, and sponsored by Falken Tire and Raceline Wheels, among others. <br /> <br /> The redesigned 4481 debuted at the 2014 King of the Hammers with a respectable 8th place finish among some of rock racing’s biggest names. Electrical issues in the 2015 King of the Hammers meant an unfortunate DNF.<br /> <br /> Alex has proven himself in grand style, with top finishes in the Ultra4 Racing series, the Nor Cal Rock Racing series and more, and always the exemplary sportsman.
