Dan Fresh
Drivers Bio:
Dan Fresh’s off-road career started on a dirt bike quickly moving up the ranks to pro. Fresh’s first race as a pro was the Mickey Thompson Ultracross series at the Los Angeles Coliseum, he made it into the main event that night which sparked an addiction within him. This led to racing in Supercross races on the west coast as well as picking up Yamaha Pro Support. Like many rising motorcycle racers, injuries cut Fresh’s motorcycle career short, so he made the choice to start racing something involving 4 wheels and a roll cage.
Fresh has ventured into just about every 4-wheel class under the sun at this point. The past three years have been his most notable yet. In 2018 Fresh took home the King of The Hammers EMC overall win which once again sparked an addition within him. In 2019 Fresh came back with a mission being the first ever to race all 3 classes KOH has to offer. In 2019 Fresh brought home 2nd in the 4500 class at KOH, 1st at the Ultra4Racing Stampede, Clash at Cross Bar and El Rey De Las Baja’s. He took home 2nd in Ridgecrest and 3rd at the Ultra4Racing Nationals in Reno scoring him the National Champ title as well as the Western Champ title in 4500 class. This means Fresh never once finished off the podium in 2019. In 2020 Dan Fresh once again returned to KOH and got 1st on the podium in the 4500 class in the EMC Race…Did I mention with a broken wrist? He finished 2020 once again bringing home the trophy for the National Championship, after wrist surgery of course!
Fresh has had his hand in SCORE racing as well. In 2020 Fresh took home 1st in the competitive Trophy Truck Spec class at the Baja 1000 and in 2019 got 1st in 7F at the Baja 400 in the Savvy Gladiator. His first chariot into Baja racing, a 5/1600 modified Volkswagen bug, he quickly climbed to the podium. He then moved on to the mini truck classes winning multiple races including the Baja 500 and Baja 1000. While also winning back to back championships In SCORE during this time. These impressive victories would lead to Fresh securing a Factory Mitsubishi program in the ever so competitive Stock Mini class that included Factory Toyota, Hummer, and Honda. Fresh would once again come out victorious and deliver Mitsubishi’s first North American Off-Road win in over 20 years. He gave UTV a shot and took the 2017 Baja 1000 UTV N/A class win. Fresh currently holds 5 Baja 1000 wins and multiple SCORE Championships. Fresh is a versatile racer with determination to win.
