Drivers Bio:
2020 is my 4th year racing in the EMC. I'm 45 years old & live in Delta, BC Canada with my wife and 2 kids. My teamates gave me the nickname "Joey Smash" because I tend to be a bit hard on the car, particularly hard on tires so it's a good thing we have Nexen as a tire sponsor! My co-driver Damien LaFontaine is also my fabricator and he has hundreds of hours of hard work into this car. I'm a banker by day & race car driver a few times a year. I'm lucky to have great team mates and support at True North Racing - we absolutely love coming down here to KOH every year!
